I'm a female. Is it normal if hair grows on my boobs? Not like head hair it's more similar to an arms or legs hair.
No, you said hair grows everywhere except the palms and soles (because it would be an evolutionary disadvantage) but you didn't go on to state that the hair growth was normal.
I stated that to explain that growing hair on boobs is normal. Why would I randomly state something that has nothing to do with the post? Use your head. If hair can't grow on the palms or soles, then hair can grow on boobs, making it normal.
Plus, I never said I said that it's normal to grow hair on boobs until now. If you actually use your head and connect my comment to the post, my point indeed was that it's normal to grow hair on boobs.

Years ago I was dating this gal, when we first were getting naked, I think she may have been nervous. But around her nipples she had about 4-6 or maybe mote black kinda long(1-2 inches long). So yes, it may not be very common, but I think its along the lines of normal. Probably due to hormone and estrogen imbalances in your body. I wouldn't worry about it unless you go get them lazer zapped off.
