My girlfriend, and yes I'm a girl too, says that she wants to do stuff with me, like sexual stuff and whatnot, but when I go in to try it (like feeling her up or something) she stops me. I mean if she wants to wait I'll wait but it's just irritating. We haven't gone farther than making out.

    I think you're talking to the wrong people. You really need to be discussing it with her, and resolve the situation. Be gentle and sensitive and you'll get to the bottom of it.

    Are you her "first" girlfriend? Maybe she is adjusting to an unfamiliar situation.

    Have you been dating very long? Maybe she's not easy.

    Maybe she's really in to you and wants to increase your desire by holding back.

    Really, it's hard to speculate without knowing much about you, or her, or any real details about your relationship.
