Well I have this friend that I kinda have a crush on, but I have no idea if he likes me back. We talk about music a lot, so we're always along questions about that. He asked me if I liked certain songs from certain bands like,, my list, read my mind, for reasons unknown, dustland fairytale all by the killers, and bleeding out by imagine dragons. Then one time I asked him if he listens to music for the beat or the lyrics, he said lyrics all the way, saying that if it has meaning or applies to the person who wrote it and to him them then he's a fan of it,but he keeps mentioning the songs, does this mean anything? Ehehe kinda stupid to worry about, but music is a big interpreter to me!

      I know right, I went to the hospital after reading this and they said I'm fine and to stop wasting their time because apparently they have real problems to deal with or some shit.

    I am a guy who loves music. When I'm interested in someone the first thing I start talking about and sharing is music. I'm not exactly sure if he is "trying" to put these songs out to make you think of him and send little hints. But it seems VERY plausible.

    Music, for a lot of people, influences memory and experience greatly. I'm sure you have had a song come on the radio and you go "oh this played during that one event, which reminds me of how awesome that summer was." and stuff like that. The association people use with music and there life is very strong. If I was him, I would probably WOULD be using music to get you interested. And if that is the case then I would say not only is this guy cool as hell but pretty damn smart haha.

    I discovered a completely new genre and artist from this one girl I was really in to and It like, changed my world. I made sure to get all the songs and put them on a playlist haha. And now every time I listen to that genre and especially the first artists of that genre she showed me, all I can think about is that sick beat and her beautiful face.

    Music is a powerful force.

    I was really not sure if I could leave a comment anyway I realised something, the only way to find out is to dig a little deeper i.e. try to find out (even by asking) the connection between the lyrics in those tracks

    You could assume he's trying to send you a message through the songs and feel happy each time you hear any of them or be direct and ask him if your assumptions are right. If he says no you could always say: "was just making sure (:" and then change the subject quickly lol.
