Just wondered if you've considered the fact that this boy has been sexually abused and that he thinks that this is the proper way to express affection? He could be crying out for help even if he doesn't realize it. You could consult a professional from a sexual assault support center in your area. Wouldn't hurt. His father or another close relative/friend could be the one abusing him. I hope everything works out and this boy gets the help he needs.

I think it's pretty normal actually. Probably most of the kids in an elementary school would like to have sex with an adult woman. The thing is the most of them don't dare to actually try. I don't think the boy is sick, but that's what other people will think obviously since normal people isn't that smart.

I too would report this, or write it up as an incident if that's the protocol of your school. As the others say, it is not normal and a colleague who is of your status or higher should be told about it.
