Is it normal i would let insects crawl under my clothes all over my body?

Remember doing that as a kid mostly because I liked the sensation. The insects included centipedes, millipedes and woodlice from what I remember. Has anyone done that at any age they can remember?

Centipedes, millipedes, and woodlice aren't insects. Centipedes and millipedes are myriapods and woodlice are isopods.

Our family once had a dog with a serious flea problem, so I know what it's like to have things crawling all over your body. I'd wake up in the morning with rows of fleas on my arms and legs. Our carpets were infested as well. I was a teenager at the time and tolerated it for some reason. It was 'normal' in our family.

Crawling up your arms is understandable but why under the clothes? Don’t you feel like they are in control and could run into your anus if they wanted?

That ain't the only place they could run into. Additionally, doing that with your clothes ON is an open invitation to insects feeling trapped, and when that happens, they usually bite or sting!
