Is it normal i wonder what valued more culture or invention ?

OK I know to poeple from asia they value itellegents and creativity and inventing particurly . However you are looked down if you do not know how do simple things like use chopsticks which I can not . If someone who had a dilemma like this and invented a way to make it easier other than a diffrent Utensil would the asians look down on this or would they admire it ? You are not cordinated enough to auctully use them however created a clever way around it so that is inventive and clever in this would they value invention and creativity ? Or would they still see it as your stupid becuase you can not use a pair of chopsticks ? I kindve thinks one makes up for the other I do not know though . I know white poeple who look down at you no matter how creative or what your able to make if you can not use chopsticks you are still a idiot what would a native or visiting asain think ?

      I phrased it that way becuase anything I have posted not with " Is it normal " at beginning has been rejected .

      Im asking which is more valued to asain culture if someone can use chopsticks or if someone cant and invents a way to use them without have the coordination are they priased or look down apon " ?
