Is it normal i want to try lsd?

My father had done it plenty of times and it sounds fun. I know the dangers and what to do if I try it but that's the problem. Where can you find the actual LSD (acid)? I wan't to get the real stuff instead of buying stric9 that will kill me. Or does anyone know the real recipe for it. I am what you would call a modern day Hippie in the wrong time. PLEASE don't tell me not to do it, it's my choice.

    There are quite a few LSD's. LSD25 is the one that everybody tripped on in the 60's.
    Unfortunately, it is very difficult to make and requires a real lab to produce; it cannot be done in the garage. Some of the process must be done at absolute zero; I don't remember exactly, but for something like 2 days.
    LSD 24, 28 & 29 can be produced in a few hours, however like anything else; "you gets what yous pays for, honey", they do not work as psychedelics.
    As there is a very small market for this drug and with the difficulty to manufacture it, I'd guess, if you do not have a friend who is a chemist, you are unlikely to find the real thing. Most of what is sold as LSD is actually horse tranquilizers and as you mentioned stric9.
    I would guess that the formula is available somewhere on the net, but we had The Psychedelic Cookbook which had all the fun drugs in it!

    I'd say go for it if you feel you're a positive, happy go-lucky sort of person. If you're all negatively reflective like me, don't bother.. It's great when it's good but I've always gone bad near the end.

        Nah I don't sorry. Out the loop now and obviously it'll be different in your area. You just have to know the people really.

        You could try 25i? Apparently it's very similar but I've not tried it myself.

    Respect it, pick the right time and place, and go for it - it's awesome, using the word with its original meaning!

    As to where to find it, why not ask your dad? If you tell him you really want to try it, and that you're considering other chemical options (do NOT do those) the threat of that alone might make him treat you to a nice little trip.

    I knew a guy who had an "episode" after 1 tab and is now a vegetable. He must have had a bad batch and since then has pretty much been immobile...doeant talk, doesnt walk, cant interact with people...what a waste of life.

      Again, it is extremely unlikely that this person took LSD25. This is just NOT a reaction seen from a bad LSD trip.
      When it was legal, it was used in therapy to successfully treat severe mental problems, admittedly under medical supervision.

      Or like I said up there "Stric9" is rat poison that gives you the effects of the real LSD but is way more dangerous.

        That's just NOT possible. With the real thing it is an 8 hour trip, (almost to the point you could set your watch to it).
        With all the crap on the market purporting to be LSD25, it's not likely this person ever took LSD25, and even if he did, overdosing is just not one of the things which can create problems, as only about 100mg's can be absorbed every 8 days.

      It's not about all the high I wanna try it and what I seen is it's really beautiful and it changes your whole perspective on the world. It's not as bad ass you think. cigarettes and alcohol are way more dangerous than LSD. The only thing that's really bad about LSD is if you don't know how much you body can handle and you make not make it out. Look up Syd Barrett of Pink Floyd.
