    If you want to have sex with someone who's related to you, my tip would be don't start out by stating your specific blood relation to her. Most people aren't into incest so don't feel bad if she most likely says no. And don't be surprised if she then tells your parents that you even asked :/

        I meant don't start the conversation with "Hi, I'm your cousin" because that will remind her that she is, indeed, related to you. I didn't mention a condom, although that is a good idea.

        If she's older she's even less likely to saying yes to having sex with her 'baby' cousin (I say this because of the age difference, not because you are a child)
