That was you then. This is you now. Let go of you then, focus on you now. One major thing I try to not do is hold on to the past, I accept the mistakes I've made, and move on. The past is over, done, nothing any of us can do about it, but the future, you can change the future.
I don't see why you'd worry about it.
I don't remember most of the posts that I read.
In fact, I don't remember any of them.
Yes, we change. There's been a few questions I've posted that I feel like are a waste of space. It's normal.
I will sometimes delete a comment of mine if it gets multiple thumbs down. That doesn't happen too often though, which I am grateful for.
Leave them here.
They may be helpful to others that feel how you did when you posted them.
I have second thoughts all the time about some of the comments that I leave. But I usually don't bother deleting them, because I know that if they're that bad they'll probably just get voted down anyway. No skin off my bones.
You can delete them if you want, unless you'd still like for people to comment. I do the same thing sometimes, I post when I'm in a bad mood. I was gonna post about this cyber bully I recently encountered, but I'm afraid I'll get mean comments and people will take her side..that's happened before.
You can take back the words from the screen but never from the minds of those that have read them.
I'd just leave them where they are and accept them as markers of how you were feeling at the time.
We learn from our negatives as well as our positives.
