There's got to be some wrong with me. I'm mid twenties, he's mid forties. I just can't stop staring and fantasizing though. He's really upbeat and always laughing, plus he's always running marathons and is in great shape. I don't even know where to start though to get him to bang me on his desk. I think I need help. I literally wake up 10 times a night because I start thinking about him and get flustered. Its just a crush that'll pass right? Iin?

    Normal, but probably nor recommended while you're still working there. Check your companies policy on inter-office romance before pursuing.
