They would look horrible on me because i'm 5 foot 2 but my breasts are small and i don't like them so i want a larger size. Is this normal?

Let me tell you the reality of large breasts: if you don't have a strong back, they WILL give you back problems. I used to have large ones and my back hurt pretty badly. I also know a co-worker who got large implants and wound up with back problems. If you plan on getting surgery perhaps C-cups are best. :)
Most guys really don't care. They can be good looking regardless of size.
As a guy, I like all sizes. Size "A" is a bit problematic when you are wearing clothes because they don't project femininity. Easily solved with a "B" size bra. Put silicone implants in the bra so that you have a natural jiggle factor. Once your clothes are off you can be as hot as you want. Sex on a kitchen counter with "A" size girls is the best.
H Cup? You have to be joking, especially at your height, but at any height that would be just ridiculous.
Believe me, big tits aren't all they're cracked up to be if you're the one wearing them: I'm about 5'5" and 24DD and when I wear a bra the weight pulls on my shoulders and puts my neck out; when I don't wear a bra they bounce saggily and some people stare or disapprove - tough, no bra is more comfortable for me.
