Is it normal i've never been super attracted to anyone?

I'm a 17 year old girl, and I've never felt any sort of big attraction to guys I've met. The thing is, I know I'm straight. I'd be fine if I wasn't, but I have never been even a little attracted to girls (I've been attracted to guys before, but not in a big way).

I think certain guys are cute, but I've never had a thing where my heart does pitter patters or it feels like an electric shock when I touch them. Nor has any guy on TV or in movies done that (minus the touching).

Furthermore, I've kissed two guys and it was nice but it felt like kissing my hand and I'd think about other stuff. I went pretty far with one guy, but once again I felt nothing.

Am I asexual or something? I'm afraid that I'll never find anyone. I don't think I'm asexual, because I definitely love the idea of guys and sex, but I've never fully felt it.

    yes its normal, i wasen't attracted to many guys in high school because i thought they were immature and they were sometimes very mean to girls .And even now there are few men i am really attracted to in my town lol.

    You guys do realize I'm a real person, right? I'm not a troll or just a screen name. I'm 17, I'm insecure, I'm not a bad person and I came to this site to ask for answers. I bet you would never dare answer like that to my face in real life.

    I happen to be the exact opposite. I'm always attracted to someone. Infact, I don't even know what it's like to not have a huge infatuation. I guess everyone is different. No; I don't think you're abnormal.

    Who knows? Maybe you are asexual if you don't get any physical pleasure from males.

    Emotionally though, maybe you're just too young to fully be attracted to someone.

    I think time will tell.

    I guess if your low level of sexual interest includes little interest in masturbation then maybe you should see your family Dr. just to be on the safe side and rule out anything physical.

    iits more then normal guys are at their sexual peak at 17 and girls sexual peak is 30
    so give urself a little time before some guy pessures you
    or even worse you somehow manage to pressure yourself

    what i really think is sex and masterbation is like a powerfull drug
    one that will make you very very stupid
    you can fuckin wait on it to get addicted and it ruins your life... trust me try sum weed first and tell them boys to cool off

    I think it's normal. You just haven't had an emotional connection with any of these guys. One day you'll find a man who you absolutely adore! But if you're anything like me, you have to have a strong and close relationship with them first to feel anything.
