I was in college and had three girl roommates. The one night we were chilling we got to the topic of me wanting to have sex with the hot roommate. She was insistent on a four way or them watching. The other two said watching would be no fun but I couldn't go through with it. I was a Virgin and really nervous that I'd embarrass myself. Is it normal?

I'd say it's normal. A similar thing happened to me. I was a 21 year old virgin, and a friend, that I thought was a lesbian, started by asking me if I'd be down to make her pregnant if she and her girlfriend ever wanted a baby. I said I would (I was joking, assuming she was kidding too).
Later in the night she directly asked, if I'd like to have a threesome with her girlfriend someday, and only then did I understand she was serious.
