Is it normal i tip seniors 20% or more?

When i go to a full-service restaurant and my server is a senior, i feel it is my duty to tip higher no matter the service because of respect of their age. any senior server (like at Perkins) will get at least 20% from me. Is it normal?

Respecting seniors is good. It is better than Normal.

I don't see many of those. In General I tip everyone 20% or more. Unless the service is ridiculously awful.

Good service deserves a decent tip.

Tipping is almost non existence here. But when I visited the US - the benefits of this tipping system is that the service was pretty good, even at a small restaurant.

There was times when I felt the server was reading off invisible cue cards and was also exhibiting robotic like behaviour.

    Overall a positive experience.

Do you think they can use the money wisely? Better than young people? You just gave me a reason to hire seniors for my restaurant. haha
