Is it normal i think women criticize me mercilessly?

I'm a guy, and everytime I deal with a girl in a casual situation, I feel like she notices every minute detail of my appearance. Or, I always think that I did or said something wrong. For example, if I deal with a girl at work, or talk with her in public, I feel like when I walk away, she says to herself or her friends "eww that guy was so <insert anything>", even though they seemed nice and polite enough when we were talking. For that reason, dating has been hard; I'm so obsessed with being laughed at or criticized that I rarely bother to make a move.

    You probably have issues with self esteem, it'll get better. My boyfriend is the same way and I have to constantly tell him there's nothing wrong with him. You're probably just worried. People probably don't say those things about you.

    No it is not. You are being a bit paranoic. In addition, it seems that these thoughts are tendentious: why do you think you can't give a nice impression to a girl? That's probably more normal than you think.

    Your terribly insecure!! Like yourself a little more, I bet you have really good attributes! Just dont think as girl as an enemy, or as a different species thats the only BAD THING I found about you, see them as friends, as GUYS they are the same as you, they fart, burt, laugh, watch porn LOL hehe I bet that if you start showing more sincere as them instead of trying to look good all the time for them they will see you as a nice guy!

    I don't know if it's normal or not, but I think most people worry about these kinds of social interactions. Not everyone's going to give you a glowing mental review, but most of those ladies you talk to probably worry about the same kinds of things. "Did I slouch over and have a muffin top?" "Did my weird tooth look weird to him?" "Do I have a makeup sweat mustache?" "Why did I bring up the Gettysburg Address?!" Women can be extremely self critical, and she's probably too busy tearing herself a new one to shred you apart when you turn your back. Good luck!
