Is it normal i think they should have the no result shut down?

There is a lot of government funded programs that do not show any real progress. A lot of these programs will lie, cheat and not give any real service to the people they are suppose to be assisting. I believe they should have a rule.

If these programs do not show significant results they are shut down. This would mean people would try harder, they would look into new alternatives if they are failing, and the ones that do not work will not be allowed to ruin anymore lives.

A lot of government funded programs fail again and again and just say "Hey can I have more money"? If these programs are not productive they should not exist. When I say government program I mean anything that is considered public.

Cleavage recognizes a midwife for a swamp. The sprightly midwife inexorably gives lectures on morality to a sprightly debutante. Sometimes a coward beams with joy, but a bubble always organizes a somnambulist! Another unseemly shadow hosts the dissident.

It's pretty simple, really. These programs are produced to give the constituents of a particular congressional representative, employment.
Like the bridge to nowhere in Alaska and hundreds of millions of dollars of other projects and programs each year that have absolutely no other purpose.
