Is it normal i think people have lost the concept of love?

Love is a chemical reaction that doesn't have a set of requirements but is characterised by the increased release of dopamine, nora-adreneline and serotonin among other things.

Let people call their relationships what they wish. It's not your business and shouldn't bother you.

We haven't forgotten what love means, your friends just have shitty relationships.

Get some new friends

Love is not the equivalent lust, bottom line. Giant flashing sign. Lust is a component of love, but there's so much more to love and making love than the physical attraction.

I do think that love is too apparent in our society. If you listen to a song, watch a movie or read a book, it's almost as if everyone's in love all the time. Hell, you feel abnormal when you're not head-over-heels in love with someone.

I've always liked to compare love to the bird flu. There's so much ado around it, that people with the slightest cold will automatically think they have it.
