Is it normal i think people are naturally very flawed?

There is too many people with so many psychological issues. Its amazing how many psychological issues there is in the world. Some people just seem to be born insane as well.

Most people lack common sense, have a skewed logic and do stupid things that any intelligent man/woman would know is a bad idea. So whats the explanation here?

Shouldn't common sense be well common? Shouldn't people be intelligent enough to realize that your heart is not enough to change the reality of things. Is there something severely flawed about man kind?

We have so many crazy and evil people in this world that just want to destroy. We have so many medical issues that we cant fix. If we are supposedly so advanced why is 80 percent of our species dangerous, damaged or just going to die early anyways.

I guess we're flawed if you want to view it that way. It's hard not to see it that way honestly. What are we besides machines that break down and lose their form with time?

We are also the creators of ice cream and other tasty snacks! So I mean, it's not all bad.

Define "flawed". For all intents and purposes, there does not exist any comprehensible objective reality to be correctly or incorrectly perceived, only an infinite number of potential subjective and socially constructed realities. We are drawn to "our" versions of reality due to our culture, individuality, nature, nurture, etc. etc. etc.

The realities observed by psychologically abnormal people are not necessarily less (or more) "real", or less (or more) valuable. Realities observed by anyone (normal or abnormal) can be damaging to them personally, and damaging to society if these people use their power to negatively influence others. Alternatively, they can be beneficial. I believe pluralism is generally force for good in our society. Note that your negative perception of reality and my positive perception of it are equally lacking in objectivity :P

Common sense is defined as an understanding that is reasonably expected of all people *without requirement for debate* - i.e. an understanding that is objective. Believing in common sense means believing in an objective reality which cannot be proven to exist. Common sense is a social construction, fueled by our convictions that some things make so much sense to us that they must be true. The social construction is anti-curiosity: anti-philosophy and anti-science.

    • Well I was going under the idea maybe there was a cause but now I am starting to think maybe its just built in flaws. Like the fact dogs have a better nose than they do vision.
