I mean he's not like constantly staring at my boobs but I'm pretty sure he's likes to get a good look at me. Like I'm pretty sure when my back is turned he's starting at my butt, I guess I wouldn't mind so much if it was just a glance but when I look behind me his eyes are always right there so I know he's staring. I also think his eyes run up and down my body when he looks at me though he tries to look at my eyes mostly and tries to look innocent. Or am I just imagining things? :/

      I agree with you. I'd confront him outright, preferably in front of your mom, and ask him exactly that. If you wear a thong you're confident enough and presumably old enough but the very thought of your brother ogling you is gross! If he's being blatant about it then I'd be very wary of an unwarranted advance - depends how weird he is.

      Make your folks aware of it!

    Depends on how old he is. If he is just a kid, then he'll grow out of it no problem. Totally normal. If he is an adult, then not good at all. Tell him to back off next time you think he is doing it.
