Is it normal i think about food?

It's not that I just think about food, I dream about food, I eat lots of food, and can't stop eating.
I'm 5'5 and 140 pounds. Now I don't look overweight, or fat even. I'm just heavy.
I eat and eat and eat and eat. NEVER stopping. I mean yes the times that I do stop are when I'm working -yet I still eat my product- and when I'm sleeping.
I don't know what's wrong with me.
There's times that I'm not even hungry.
I do want to loose weight -well just pretty up for grad ; ) -
But food is all I think about.
Then it leads me to eating it.
After eating so much, what usually helps me stop is a bowl of cereal, late at night -or- yogurt -like the huge activia kind-.

    Dont listen to someone who says she is 5'5 and 106 she must have anna/mia 140 is not fat or overweight . 106 is not boobs no ass bone rack .

    last year i had the same problem... i could not stop eating...i was hung up on food. but i saw myself fat and ugly.i was unsatisfied of my body and my life too.so i relieved my dissatisfaction through food and even if i was aware that it was bad for my health , i could not avoid to eat. so one day i woke up and decided to change habits. i joined a gym to lose weight and entertain myself too and i asked the trainer to give me a diet...at the beggining i avoided to stay at home because i would eat...so i went out for a walk or a movie...and when i was at home , i spent my free time to read a book or clean up the house.

    Go and read a book . It will help you to stop thinking about food.

    106 you need to gain some weight. unless you are like 12 years old you will gain more weight as you grow .

    You are bored and unsatisfied with your life, that is why you eat constantly to entertain yourself with food enjoyment.

    You are normal, but you should stop doing this for the sake of your health and quality of your life. It might be very difficult though. But imagine how difficult it will become for you to do your work (even if it's office work) if you get obese.
