I like police officers. I'm not a fan of people who just outright hate law enforcement.
I think too many people jump to the wrong conclusions by seeing a 20 second snipet of a 30minute confrontation where the police used every method until lethal had to be used.
Or the idiot criminal pulls a fast reach for their pants to pull out a cell phone and get instantly shot by a half dozen officers.
I generally like them too, except when they pull me over for speeding. But my like or dislike of them is irrelevant to the situation.
I guess, some cops are good, some cops are dicks. Cops are people at the end of the day. I got pulled over by a dick the other day tho
Glad to see some support for the police around. I'm not denying that corruption in the force exists, but I believe the country would be much worse off without the brave blues.
That whole "black lives matter" and "blue lives matter", is that crap even still a thing?
I think that blue lives do matter but I also feel like that the people in blue sign up for that kind of thing well as the other side of the coin lives don’t seem to have an equivocal wight when lost
Oh right, Blue Lives Matter. Sorry, I accidentally said it wasn't normal because I forgot what it was.
Cops lives matter though In a broad context it's usually along sides of everyone's lives matters. I dont support BLM because supporting everyone's lives matters encompasses that sentiment.
They end up being the antithesis to Black Lives Matter. Black Lives Matter argues that police are awful racists, which is entirely nonsensical, while Blue Lives Matter argues that the people in Black Lives Matter are awful racists, which they kind of are.
I equally value everyone's lives, if a cop shoots an innocent send the cop to jail. But in that instance all information needs to be on full public display and people need to chill the hell out until all the information is released, jumping to conclusions just makes the entire situation worse.
