I broke up with my ex just over a year ago now. We haven't spoke in person since, just texting and facebook and stuff. Stopped all together a few months after that. And I still fucking hate her. I have nothing to do with her any more and do not remotely have any contact. I'm not going to go into details of why I hate her. She was just a bitch towards the end of the relationship. I still think about how much she was a complete bitch and it still pisses me off thinking about it even though its been this long.

    Normal. Been going through the exact same thing. I've mostly moved on but I don't think I will fully till I fall for someone else.
    I remember her positively but, just like you, my ex acted like a total bitch at the end of the relationship and the reason everything fell apart originated from her shortcomings and lack of commitment. Whenever I remember the bad times of how she hurt me it invokes anger in me. Doesn't happen often but ya, it happens.

    Mate..... Why do you have her on face book why havn't you changed your number. Think about it what do you really want, and is it worth it? It's been a year it's simple I was in this situation many years ago I switched everything off as in changed my life number and almost like I had disapeared. Just do it
