Is it normal i sniff other peoples farts

So i love the smell of other peoples farts, especialy after some heavy food like a curry or a sunday roast. . Recently i asked my boyfriend to fart in my face so i could get my nose stuck right up the smelly chute to feel the wind gush at my nostrils but he refused and finished with me calling me a weirdo and telling all our friends. Now i feel like a freak? Am i weird?
