Is it normal i sleep better when blindfolded

I always sleep much more soundly when I'm blindfolded with a scarf. I do this all the time now, after trying it when I worked night shifts and slept during the day. I also feel at most relaxed and de-destress instantly, is that normal?

Sleep masks aren't as good. There's something more comforting about the silk material wrapped over your eyes and ears

Nothing wrong with it. For years I put tin foil over the windows of my bedroom to keep the light out. I like it totally dark when I sleep. Kind of like a tomb, totally dark and cold.

Hehehe You might also try some ropes. chains, and other fun things... :)

Why not. Whatever makes you happy. Be happy you have a nice way to sleep. :)

Yes! I've done that before when I worked nights until 8am. In order to sleep I had to block out the light with a blindfold (drapes didn't cut it). I remember sleeping very well that way. Something about a light pressure on my eyes makes me sleep better.

I don't sleep that way anymore but I should.
