Normal. That's why I started working night shifts to begin with, figured I might as well take advantage of the time. 3rd shift jobs are way easier to find than any other shift because no one wants them. Even some desperate job seekers I know won't take them. Get 'em before they're gone too XD

I work third shift. I say normal.
If you don't work third shift, or have a job, a simple, gradual change in your sleeping schedule will of course remedy this. Unless that's how you prefer it. Eh, still normal.

Didn't know that stating factual information was regarded as a sign of insecurity. You learn something new every day.

        • I doesn't sound like anything as this discourse is written.

However, you should see a doctor if you continue to hear voices.

Seriously what is your problem? don't you have anything better in life to do rather than downgrading every person you come across? Seems to me that you are in fact the one with low self-esteem issues, and that is why you have to put every one else down, it's so you can feel better about yourself, sad :(

        • Hardly, I'm not often overly mean unless someone deserves it.

Whatever the real issue, it's your problem so you deal with it.

I had this problem for a little while when I was depressed. Its a bad habit to get into. And very hard to get out of. Try and get back into a better sleeping schedule, or else everythings gonna be all out of whack. Start as soon as you can.

    Welcome to my world dude.

I've been on sabbatical for about a month and I stay up all night and sleep most of the day. I love it though! Day time is boring! The night is where its at! Better TV on late at night too!

Not sure what Im going to do once I go back to work...guess Ill have to try to reset my body clock a week or two before I go back.
