Is it normal i seek out women's shoes and smell them?

I work in an office environment. Some of the women here will leave their shoes under their desks because they're only worn at work. Sometimes I'll stay behind after everyone has left for the evening. I'll then go grab a pair of shoes smell them, lick them, and sometimes even masturbate and finish in them.
