Am I the only one who sees a thumbs up and 0 or negative numbers but no option to thumbs down? IIN??

    the ability to downvote is only given to older members... which i don't understand why some people who've been here that long are downvoting stuff for no apparent reason..

      are yall sure bout that? i gots about half that many and i gots the down thumb a couple months ago
