Is it normal i refer to someone as the 'camp' one?

If I'm identifying someone camp, I say it as the camp person. It's not meant offensively at all, I actually find it really attractive for a guy to be mildly camp. But whenever I refer to someone as camp, I think it might be offensive so I say camp in a good way (which admittedly is possibly offensive).

    Camp as in some associated-with-gay mannerisms, but not necessarily gay

    By "camp" do you mean "campy?" Are you talking about someone who likes camping?
