I hate it, it's another fucking pointless romantic shitty mainstream shit. Yes, I have read all books, back when it wasn't so mainstream, and I saw the first movie, and hated it. Is this normal?
The movies suck but the books are great... Get over it! It's normal to "hate" something that's "mainstream". My suggestion; enough with the hate and go out there and fall in love, even if you get your heart broken. That is why this franchise is so popular, especially for adults because it takes you back to those feelings of first true love! It's fun reliving those emotions through books. I personally don't like how people are in love with the movies when they haven't read the books. THAT just doesn't make sense to me. Oh well to each their own

If your favourite band suddenly gained one million fans would you say "eww now it's mainstream so I'm gonna hate it". Secrety you really like twilight but you want to seem cool and uniqe by acting like you hate it. Grow up.

The books are awesome but i hate twilight because the stupied fan girls who just like it because of the movies. Half of them haven't even read the books.
I love the moves (super sexy Dakota Fanning, meow!), but hate the ending of the books! I think it's messed up to lie to the readers for 5 books (Bree novella included) (Jacob not even a werewolf). Also no Edward/Jacob fight at the end, WTF is that! Also no Cullens/Volturi battle, everyone goes off into the sunset hunky dory, WTF is that?! Great books full of emotion but no payoff at the end.
I think the movie was quite good. But I thought it was strange how Edward glittered when exposed to sunlight.
chill. seriously. people already know this. the books are written like crap and in my opinion the movie was actually a bit better than the book, which isn't saying much because the movie sucked too. you're over reacting and you're late.

I used to hate them with a burning passion. Then, I learned to get over it and stop wasting my energy on hating something.
Still a little bummed that it did to vampires what the Victorians did the unicorns, though. The supernatural will never be badass again. :(

well I don't really see the point in hating it, it might have destroyed the image of vampires and all but... It's best just to ignore it rather then hate. I do agree with you though.
