This isn't particularly normal, as you can see by these polls:

    http://isitnormal.com/poll/how-many-times-a-day-do-you-pee-187712/

The majority of people pee 4-8+ times a day.
The majority of people take a dump 1-2+ times a day

My guess is either you need to drink more liquid and eat more fibre, you have an enormous bladder and stomach or something's not working right internally.

Yeah, but when I do need to go, I feel like my bladder will explode and yeah I drink water like either only when I eat, or 1-3 times a day. And not even a full cup, unless im eating, and i never get hungry. I'm not normal.

        Well it does sound odd.

It might be worth asking a doctor about it some time - but, providing you aren't having any particular health issues that could be related, I wouldn't be too concerned.

Still, drinking more water would probably do your body good. The recommended average is 1-2 litres a day (2-4 pints).

I don't think I have any health issues unless depression counts..

Depression can affect appetite and diet; when you feel awful about yourself, you tend to take less care of your body, and that includes not eating and drinking the right things or the right amount.

And of course, not eating and drinking the right things or the right amount can lead to a lack of energy and contribute to the low mood - so you could end up making yourself feel even worse.

But as I say, it's possible it's not something to worry about. Just try to eat and drink a healthy amount of the right things, and your body should take care of the rest.

A diet high in salt isn't healthy either. Salt dehydrates the body and can cause high blood pressure.

I used to be like this too, because as a kid for some reason i thought it was the norm to not pee until you couldn't hold it anymore, also i think that created more space in there or something, plus i didn't drink much and never felt all that thirsty.. now i just make myself drink a lot of water and pee because people say it's supposed to make you feel better..

I would advise seeing a doctor ASAP. This is really worrying. You may have something seriously wrong maybe with your kidneys. Do try drink as much fluids as you can. I hope that your ok & it's nothing major & try not to worry. Let me know how you get on at the doctors. Take Care :)

Can I ask what you generally eat/drink on a typical day?

For an healthy diet you should aim at drinking at least 2 litres of water per day and eating at least 5 portions of fruits and vegetables(that also contain lots of water).

people who are saying to drink more water, to be honest with you guys you actually urinate more when you are dehydrated. Though it's always a good idea to increase water intake I would also change up ur diet, eat a lot of veggies and fruit, increase your fiber intake and try your damnest to stay away from salty foods.
