Is it normal i overslept?

I woke up automatically with 8 hours of sleep but then said, I think my body needs more so I forced it to sleep anotehr 3 hours..now I feel like crap and have a major headache. IIN? Did you ever do this before and regret it? =[ I was perfectly fine 3 hours ago!!

    Yep, definitely normal,I believe you are overtired now... 8 hours is the perfect amount to sleep but because you forced more sleep, you've woke feeling like crap, it happens to me too, I love sleeping in on the weekends but always get more tired from doing this to myself... So I think you are just overtired now because you've interrupted your body clocks sleep patterns??? Good Luck...

      perfect? nah 8 is a the recommended amount meaning its the mean, or above the mean so 99% of people would get enough w/o over sleeping to much

    I do this, too. Oversleep on the weekends and then it's Wednesday before I'm back on a normal sleep schedule. Yes, it's normal but it sucks.
