Ok people, I am a guy and I only shave my face. For Christ's sake, isn't that enough!? I clean myself thoroughly. Just because a guy shaves his pubes etc does not mean he is cleaner than I am. I guess if you are so busy that you can't take 5 minutes to clean yourself after number 2 than I guess I understand.
Yes, you are not only the only person that shaves his face an nowhere else. Most men just cannot be bothered to shave anywhere else, no matter how hairy they are. Like you I am hairy everywhere, not ape hairy, but I only shave my face, once a day, but twice if I am going out in the evening as I have quite a thick growth, could grow a good beard, I tried that a couple of times, the beard grew quickly, but I felt so uncomfortable I shaved the damn thing off.
Um, CLEAN has nothing to do with shaving. You can wash hair.
As for shaving your public area, that's a personal choice. Some men like having it trimmed in the summer and others don't.
