Is it normal i only have 13 dreads,?

Okay so I started my dread journey 3 days ago. Before I added the extensions to my dreads it looked kind of normal I only had 13. But when I added the extensions because it made them so long it just looked funny to me. Normally when you see people with dreads they have a lot. Around 20 or even 30. I only have 13.. I thought maybe it was because I had thin hair, because the dreads are pretty thin anyways. I could really use some advice,!

    Ohhh that's a tragedy. Even if you didn't add extensions, it would still look sorta funny. Perhaps this is not the do for you. Shame.

    Ooh, unlucky.

    I had two girls do my dreads, one side each. One did about a dozen big ones and the other did almost twice that on the other side.

    The most important thing though is that the hair for each dread comes from the same place on your head or they will always be shit.

      They don't look as bad as I make them sound though. They're all roughly the same size, if I would of made them thicker I would of had less than 13. I honestly wish I could post a picture and show you exactly what they look like.

            I see. Well aren't you cute. It doesn't look too bad in the pic. Maybe just wear them up or upish if it looks too sparse and scraggly down.
