Is it normal i notice eye lashes first?

For some reason I am extremely attracted long dark eyelashes on girls. When I see or meet a woman I'll notice their eye lashes before anything else, including their breasts, ass, lips or even eye colour. My wife was blessed with long, sexy lashes so I really lucked out there.

I especially love it when a girl puts on winged eyeliner and dark, thick mascara.

Is this normal for a guy to notice on a girl first?
