Is it normal i never yell or scream at people, even when i'm angry?

I do get angry, but I never yell at people who cause me to feel angry. I'm not a very loud person to begin with. When I'm angry, I'm even quieter.

IIN? Or should I be more vocal?

    I'm exactly the same. I like time to rationalise my anger but if I still feel the same way the next day then I will speak to the person about it.

    Who needs to raise their voice anyway?
    It makes you seem out of control.

    be careful.. if u always hold your anger back.. its not good for your health.. sometimes, people need to release their energy.. whether it is anger, sadness or joy..
    :)

    I'm exactly the same.

    I just don't see the point in shouting and being visibly angry. It's not like I am never angry, I just don't show it.

    It is normal. I do the same thing. I've noticed that people who yell when angry are usually yelled back at and not heard, but the quiet angry person has the greater ability glare or a word. They are persuasive in their silence.

    In a way that's good because too many people lose their temper much too quickly. Finding constructive ways of dealing with anger is definitely much better for everyone involved. Just be aware that bottling it up is not good for you either and you probably need to find some kind of outlet for it (when you're not able to resolve the issue that causes your anger).

    I'm the same as you, I get really quiet when I'm angry. However, there has been one or two times when I couldn't help it...

    Normal. Yelling accomplishes nothing except for wreaking havoc on people's eardrums.

    If that's you, than why change it? It's normal to yell when you're angry, but if you don't then who cares? Nothing wrong with it :}
