Is it normal i miss my grandma after 7 year?

She died when I was 17 and I'm 24 now. I'm not in morning but i think about her everyday. IIN?

    Yes, very normal. I'm pretty much in the same situation only with my grandad. It's coming up to seven years since he died. When I think about him I sometimes just remember the good times but sometimes just feel sad he's not still here and even wish he was, despite the fact that is completely fruitless. I'm actually welling up slightly writing this! : / Also, it's tough losing someone when you're still in your teens as it's a time of finding yourself and growing up etc. I also just wish my grandad could have known me as a proper adult. You're not alone, trust me.

    I was very close to my grandmother, closer than anyone else in my family. She was the only person who listened to me and gave me advice (which I still follow). I miss her every day and I think I always will. Perhaps not "normal" but certainly not a bad thing.

    I vote normal. When my grandmother dies...I honestly think I'll be a mess. I'm tearing up just thinking about it.

    It sounds like your grandmother was important to you. Even if the hurt fades, doesn't mean she does.
