Is it normal i made my imaginary friends facebook pages?

I have a series of imaginary friends (who are generally better than real ones) who have appeared in novels that I have written. I made them facebook accounts (not all of them, only a few). I know that it's against the terms and conditions, but hey, I'm forever alone. IIN?

Not sure if that's normal, but I made a comic about you:

Why the fuck did I spend so much time on this.

If that isn't genius, I don't know what is.

      ROFL hahahahahahahaha

I'm going to consider that as a "good night, Nora, sleep tight" present.

  • You are only alone because you choose to be alone. :)

You sound exactly like me! I even made facebook accounts for my characters.. I think it is loneliness. The characters or "friends" I have made up are the kind of people I would wish to meet in real life, and sometimes I feel like my fantasy world and my relationships with these characters is more important to me than my real world. I've also never had a boyfriend so these are substitutes for a real relationship, until I manage to find someone. Not because I have chosen this, but because I am only attracted to Asian guys and there are none in my area! So I made up these characters that are Asian to fill my life with what I wished I had. You are not alone x

I have imaginary friends too. It's always nice to hear of other adults who have them. :3 I don't think it's weird that you made Facebook pages for your imaginary friends - I'd do it too, if it didn't violate the TOS (there's probably also a rule against creating fake profiles for copyrighted characters, which mine are).

It must be tough for people who have Multiple Personality Disorder. I wonder if they create alternate Facebook accounts for each ''person.''

I voted yes. This would be something I would do but if you start spending your nights having Facebook conversations between your characters I would start to question myself.

ummmm, sorta. Making FB pages for people that dont exist anymore.

My friend alexndra used to hate her mother they had this real ugly turbulent relationship, but her mother passed away, and alex just made her a page and dedicated sooo much into it. She logs into it and acts the way her mother used to, even goes as far as saying "I love you alexndra" on her page, to which she replies back "Love you too mom"
This is not normal really. But its a grief process i guess.

I sense some loneliness in you to create these imaginary characters

    not normal:(

It's fine. People make accounts like that all the time for their pets and what not. Did you know that Lord Voldemort has his own Twitter?

I've heard of people doing this before. It's like making a FB page for your pet.
