Is it normal, i'm paranoid something watches me sleep at night?

Okay let me start by saying i'm 18 and I've always had unexplained/paranormal experiences.
I'm not crazy or anything but for years now I wake up and will occasionally have strange scratches in odd positions.

Like small cuts similar in size to paper cuts that take a few days to heal just appear overnight in strange positions like my sides, my arms, in-between my fingers, my elbows and knees, thighs, sometimes on my face and neck, even sometimes my legs and feet. I've even found them on the backs of my knees and legs.

I know that it's perfectly possible that it could be me scratching myself in my sleep but how would that explain the cuts in strange places as if they dont want to be seen?

Because of this, I have this nagging suspicion that something has to be doing it, like some kind of creature or spirit or something. My house is haunted, I know that for a fact and I've always sensed and even seen spirits around it, especially at the door way to my room, the living room and the downstairs hallway.
I dont know why I think this and I know i probably sound insane but am I alone here with this?

    i always feel like someone is watching me so i always sleep with a blanket on no matter how hot but not in a paranormal way.....

    My friend had the same situation as yours. She'd wake up with scratches and bruises. My other friend said it means a spirit was trying to possess her. It's true in her case because my friend said she lives by a house where this lady does a lot of black magic, most likely one of the spirits transferred to her house. What we told her is to throw holy water around her room and to place a bible near her bed. Successfully this worked, so maybe try this too and it should stop what your experiencing.

    I don't know if it's exactly "normal" for these things to happen. But I can tell you I've had similar experiences. I sometimes wake up and I feel this strange feeling of someone's presence. I would try Florida water. You can buy it online. You just set it out and leave it in like a clear/or white bowl. It is supposed to absorb negative energy. You may notice the water becomes thicker and cloudy the next morning. Just a suggestion, good luck !

    i believe you. I feel the same too, ive also had strange experiences since i was a little girl now with 20 im also bored telling them since no one believes. And i do believe that when there is good (God) there is also bad.. Not trying to scare you, for if they would want to harm u they would have done it by now. They exist,supernaturals exist.

    Sounds like your cat found a new scratching post if you ask me, well... if you have a cat that is. Honestly, you sound very paranoid, take a day off and relax a little. If your own house bothers you that much (be it another entity or yourself), move to another location or spend the night with a friend.

    You are not alone. I have to have half a dozen Molotov cocktails on my bedside table, otherwise I'll be up all night. If you decide to do like me, I suggest you use a 2:17 mixture of holy water and vodka or petrol. Better safe than sorry.

      I'll take that into consideration, any advice on how not to burn the house down though? I suppose keeping a hand to hand weapon nearby would help too..

        You could plaster the walls of your house with asbestos reinforced concrete. It's well worth the effort, trust me. You will be able to throw Molotov cocktails all day without even leaving the safety of your home.

    The subconscious is capable of anything. See a therapist before you chalk it up to a haunting. There could be something in you mind that you are afraid to release awake.

    Not normal Im african and let me tell this, here its a story you get to here every time. Find yourself an african spirit medium these guys can make you talk to the dead, at least thats what they say.
