I listen to all their music, their interviews, look at pictures, and constantly wish I had been alive when they were popular... Is this normal?

    I'd say that's completely normal. And if it isn't, then I'm also abnormal. Although I wouldn't call that obsession, I mean I do that with loads of my favourite bands, although not so much with the last one.
