Is it normal i'm in love for someone that i never met

I met this girl on the internet about 1 year ago that is an almost perfect example of my dream girl. Since then we became good friends but since she live to far way from me i never thought that i could be with her, but now she is moving to a city next to mine and we will probably met each other soon or later. The idea that i can actualy met personaly my dream girl is making me fall in love with her even if i barely know her face (i have some fotos of her but i can not see her face clearly in none of them).
The problem is right now we are like childhood friends and i'm afraid that if i say that i love her and she say's "no", our frindship maybe at risk...
Should i tell her how do i feel?
If so, how should i tell her without compremising our frindship?

    I wouldn't tell her just now, I would wait until you've met her too. As if I had a friend over the internet that then told me he was in love with me but had never met me I would be a little creeped out then if you asked to me me I wouldn't. I know thats only my opinion but I would consider it.

    I would wait until you see her because as shallow as this sounds you will like her more or less after meeting her.

    everyone say tell her becaus it's the right thing to do but make sure if she says no then you need to keep your friendship I mean before you tell her that you love her tell her that you don't want your friendship ends at any cost

    you probably wanna tell her.
    try to tell her, at least you'll
    know how she feels, then see what happens.
    life is all about taking risks.
    if we don't ask, we'll never know.

      Yeah, but what if she says i don;t really know you & we have only talked over the internet so that is really weird. then it might be awkward after! Not good advice!!!
