Is it normal i'm becoming obsessed with my neighbors?

First, I noticed they had their windows completely blocked out with heavy cardboard and black plastic. Then I noticed they had a dog, and it was never seen again shortly after that. Then they got a different dog, and it too was never seen again shortly after. I think they might still have the dog though because I shined a laser pointer into a weak spot on one of their windows and I heard barking. But they are never seen with the dog outdoors anymore!! Sometimes I don't see anyone go in or out for many days. I've never seen them bring in groceries.

Then, the trash started mounting up outside. I really wonder where it's coming from since I never see anything going IN, only out. There's so much trash out side!!

Last week on trash day no shit, there was around 40-50 used pizza boxes along with a ton of other crap.

Their house has been slowly falling apart over the past few years. It was normal when I moved here but now it's a shit hole. The inside must be horrible as well.

They're young people, around mid-20's. They are almost never seen outside.

They must either buy or sell drugs because random people will stop throughout the day and go in and come back out a few minutes later. It's not a pizza delivery because they have nothing in hand when going into the house.

This is weird.

is it normal to be really curious as to what's going on over there?
