I'm a 24 year old male and I love young girls aged 14-16. I feel it's wrong to go younger than that, but would 14 be too young? I also have a strong foot fetish, and I very much enjoy their feet sexually.

Some level of attraction is normal, sure, especially with older looking teens. It's not ok to act on it, though. A 24 year old with a 14 year old is completely fucked up and unhealthy. She wouldn't be ready for the things you'd expect of her, and she wouldn't be emotionally mature enough to deal with the relationship. It's pretty much impossible to avoid that being abusive.

It very much depends. If you are PHYSICALLY attracted to them, then it's pretty normal. Biologic programming, not much to do about that.
If you are attracted to the whole of their personality(including chatter about school, boys, their problems in life, their expectations of the future, etc. etc. etc. etc.) including their views on things(Justin Bieber and Twilight are the BEST things in life since throwing up dinner) and outlook on life, then you should see a therapist about it.
Most likely you feel you have missed out on something and kind of got partially "stuck" at an early mental development level, otherwise you should not consider her a partner "equal" enough for a balanced partnership.
The last option is that you are a dominant pervert seeking a victim you can exert power over. There's enough woman your age seeking a partner like that, don't take it out on kids.
