I'm 24 years old and I've dated a string of girls my age and as old as 30. The reason why most of them didn't work is because I have become bored easily.

Recently I met a girl at a party, she said she was 18 and now we've been dating a month she has admitted to being 17.

I haven't dated a girl that young since I was that age and I'm not sure how much of a road-block this is?

I really enjoy her company, she is funny, confident, sexy - all that I've been looking for. She's even introduced me to her mum who seemed lovely and definitely not hostile. My parents seem happy with it too.

I should note that I'm 5' 10" and she is 6' 11" (that's a whole different is it normal xD). This actually makes it feel more normal because she looks like she could be my age.

    6'11" ?! That's pretty tall lol. Anyways, I would say this is normal. There are many happy relationships between people with age gaps much wider than you and your girlfriend's. Also, this age gap will become less significant as you two age should you choose to stay together. If you two are happy, I see nothing wrong with it.

    It's normal. When you become adults, age doesn't really matter anyways. Since she's not 18 officially yet, i'd be a bit more careful, but when she finally hits the mark that's that and the problem just isn't there anymore.

    6'11 is taller than most of the NBA, and they are tall! 6'1 sounds a bit more reasonable. Lmao

    I have a lot of questions about this. First off, 17-24 is a HUGE maturity difference. The really only thing you guys may have on common is favorite colors and sex. To me, if i was your age dating a 17 year old i would feel like i was dating a puppy dog. Id be so bored!

    This is TOTALLY normal and cute. Age doesn't matter in love. See, when my mom was 29 her and my back then 19 year old that were dating and they have been happy together for 15 years now. I hope you can be happy with her (:
