I'm an 18 year old Haitian female in college who keeps having this urge to be with a white man.Since I was younger I was more attracted towards white men.I would love one day to marry one and start a family. The problem is I come from a Haitian background with values that all white people are racist .Also I keep having this desire to explore sex with a white guy .The thing is not many white guys and black women relationships are common where I live.Is this normal because I feel that more black women should date white men just like vice versa.Please tell me your opinions.

    Not much to it really.. I'm from Boston, she's from New York - her parents are from Haiti. I'm a trucker, she's a nurse... We met years ago while I was a cook and she was a server. Pretty normal stuff I guess...

    Throughout history it is not just blacks who have been slaves. Many cultures have dominated, abused and used the poorest of their own kind and color.

It's normal to have preferences, and you can't exactly control who you are most attracted to.

I don't know how normal it is in the context of Haiti, but I think you should learn to feel comfortable about your attraction to whites.
