Is it normal i love when poeple make up odd expressions ?

have you ever listened to a person that when making fun of poeple or are super sarcastic make up odd expressions like " Hill of bannans" or " shut your face " or " eat my shorts " that do it all the time making clever expressions on the dime that they do all the time ? I dont know as rude and sarcastic as these expressions may be against I just find them so entertaining .

      I knpwo but I couldnt think of alot of examples but I here poeple make odd expressions like that and I make up wierd krap like that too and poeple think its hulurious .
