Is it normal that I love this girl who left me twice? In a twisted turn of events we are living together, but we aren't dating. In fact she thinks of me as a brother and I don't want to live with that. Every time I look at her I get an overwhelming feeling of affection. Is this normal and if it's not what do I do?

Go for someone else.. this train has oassed already. Two times ? You living together muat be complicating things. If she has feelings for you then I guess you can wait but apparently she dosent and you're already in the friend zone..
Man I have had a girl I was really infatuated with tell me she saw me as a friend or brother and it make me feel completely useless. IMO there is basically nothing a guy can do to make a girl consider you anything else. It's fucked up that you are living with her at this point, because you will be constantly reminding how you feel about her which makes it difficult to move on. IMO the only thing left to try is taking some other girls home and see if she seems annoyed by it. If not, you should just try to forget about it.
Living together might not be such a bad thing you will see a side of her that you never knew and possibly be repulsed then again it may go the other way and you just become more and more into her.

Maybe things will develop. Like Kelili said, it's totally normal, and just left yourself feel what you feel. No sense in pushing it down.
Maybe you still love this girl, because you were able to love her before, but she's not the one.
Just follow your gut to be honest.
It's normal to feel. Stop fighting your emotion and eventually you'll learn to live with it and it you're lucky it will fade away or just become dull.
