It doesn't matter how heinous the transgression was, I always appreciate an apology. It has to be sincere, of course. A simple "sorry" is not enough, they have to explain why they are sorry. I forgive easily too. I'd rather have understanding than animosity in my heart. I'm a sucker for a happy ending to a situation that was bad for everyone.
I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologise without reservation or recourse for all the vile and disgusting innuendos, insults and depraved comments I may have unjustly heaped upon your personage in the past and in the future.
If someone does something wrong to you and they are aware of that then they should apologise.
I think it's normal to feel upset when you don't get the apology you rightly deserve, if that is truly the case.
