Is it normal that im a teenage boy who loves to cross dress in his sisters/ mothers clothes? When alone I take clothes from my older sister and put them on and enjoy it. I take my moms heels and every once and a whole paint my toe nails. I wear tights and try to put some of my mom's eye liner, blush, lipstick and more on. I put on a wig. Is this normal please help

It's normal to enjoy cross dressing, but you might want to buy your own stuff.
It's OK to borrow family members stuff to practice and explore with. Being a member of a family sort of "implies" community property to things in the home and family, as long as you aren't destroying or getting rid of those things. Some people may not like their stuff being temporarily misappropriated but everybody does it. When you have "found" yourself and what you like for dress up you will surely be buying your own. I see no problem with it.

Enjoy it...nothing wrong with you dressing up as the opposite sex. You should get your own stuff and you will find it better for you to enjoy. Buy pantyhose and wear them under your jeans and to sleep in them...my favorite thing is sleeping in them and waking up with a hard on.
