    I seen an episode of True Life on Mtv that was about albino people, one of which was a young black guy, he was pretty cute. But anyways, I think he was in NC. Good Luck !

    Albino is a person with whitest skin possible and reddish pink eye color I don't think black albino is possible

      I think the op is referring to a person of African descent that happens to be an albino. "Black" refers to the person ancestry, not literally the person's skin color.
