Is it normal that i LOVE to dress up? First the make up then the dress then heels. But then i actually get to the event and all im thinking about is wanting to go home.
Everybody (well, almost everybody anyways) loves dressing up. Not sure why, I have the same problem as you haha
I'm a guy. My dad handed down to me some of his work attire (he gave me his cuff-links, which have smelted 1940 dimes on them!), his red and black tie, and his jacket. I love dressing up! I don't mean to be modest, but I'm a sexy bitch in a suit and tie. It makes me feel important and sophisticated, and happy since it's my dad's hand me downs. I guess it's second nature to me growing up with my dad, who was an insurance agent and dressed everyday, and me wanting to be a hotel/lodging manager. I'll definitely give the stuff to my kids someday. The cuffs are my fav thing to wear.
Definitely normal. Do what makes YOU happy. Perhaps you would rather enjoy your dressing up with someone else in an intimate environment? ;)
Ignore johny Bravo's comment. He doesn't know anything about girls obviously! I say do it since you love it and it makes YOU FEEL GOOD! I say One night you and a bunch of your girlfiends dress up and go to a fun resturant and have an awesome night! That way all the things that you have gotten dressed up for werent to boring. Plus it will give you a fun night to remember and look back on for quite a while! :)
I love dressing up and do it all the time, but I never actually go out. :/
Well...I'm a guy so thus I do not consider myself fully qualified 2 answer such a question but...perhaps the "events" aren't fun....
